Anita O'Neal, CPA CFP® leads Powerful People Plan, a firm that guides small businesses in making clear financial decisions like when to hire, how to manage money wisely, and ways to control spending. Anita combines her experience from over a decade in corporate roles and twenty years helping families manage their finances to teach the importance of regular budgeting for long-term wealth. She graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Cornell University. Anita lives in Dallas, TX with her husband and four beautiful children.

Why I Coach
My Dad owned a small corner store in Atlanta. It took him years to open it, and though he worked hard, the store just managed to get by without making any profit. When he finished paying off his business loan, he closed the store. This tough experience taught me how hard it is to run a business without knowing much about managing money. Now, I want to help other small business owners avoid the same fate. I teach them how to handle their finances better, aiming to turn their years of hard work and sacrifice into profitable success.
